Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@vacationvibes.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Where do you ship to?

We ship Australia wide. Please contact us, if you wish to purchase and you reside outside Australia. Contact us at hello@vacationvibes.com.au

What happens if my product is faulty?

If your product is faulty, please contact Vacation Vibes within 48 hours of receiving the product. A member of our team will assist you in trouble shooting or if required, a replacement product. Get in touch: hello@vacationvibes.com.au

What is your warranty policy?

If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact as at hello@vacationvibes.com.au. Due to the nature of the product and health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns. Products are covered by a 1 year warranty from purchase date for defects or faults. For any concerns or queries, please email us at the above address.

What kind of batteries do I need?

No batteries needed, our products are packaged with a USB cable charger.

What are my payment options? Can I use Afterpay?

We accept PayPal, Visa and Mastercard. We do not issue invoices to pay via bank transfer and at this time; we don’t offer Afterpay, but we are working on it!

What are the Shipping fees?

We offer FREE standing shipping Australia wide. Express shipping can be added to cart for $12.00 if required.

How are your products packaged? Are they discreet?

Products are packaged in their respective boxes, wrapped in eco friendly wrap and sent in a discreet mailer box.

How do I clean and store my vibrator?

Ensure you maintain the hygiene of your vibe by cleaning it with warm water before and after each use, and storing it in a clean, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight and extreme heat.

Are your products water resistant?

Yes! Our products are water resistant, however please note they are not suitable for submerging fully in water. Therefore, should not be used in the bath or shower.
